This foundational course introduces students to the essential principles of ministerial calling, character, doctrine, and kingdom stewardship. It is the required starting point for every ISM student, ensuring your life and work are rooted in biblical ethics and servant leadership before embarking on advanced theological study.

Spiritual Formation
ISM is designed to develop the whole minister — mind, spirit, and mission. Prayer, fasting, character formation, and mentorship are embedded into the curriculum.

Every student participates in real-life ministry exercises — evangelism campaigns, digital projects, counseling practice, or administrative internships.

Students from over 34 nations connect through live Zoom sessions and the ISM Learning Management System (LMS).

Students can attend classes synchronously from our physical campuses in Ibadan and Abuja, or join live via our digital platform from any location worldwide.

The program is an intensive, three-month Ministerial Formation Program.

To ensure synchronous, real-time engagement and maintain the high standard of instruction, classes are held according to West African Time (WAT).

Attendance Policy and Accessibility
A minimum of 80% attendance is required for graduation. For unavoidable absences, students can access class replays for a period of 72 hours after each live lecture. This ensures flexibility while maintaining accountability to the synchronous learning model.
